Don't Faux With It

Good Afternoon Everyone!

It has been a very busy week for some reason! I am happy that it's Thursday and I can relax and more importantly… blog! So, today's post is really cool! Julia and I worked with a new friend of ours, Natasha , for this shoot. Natasha is a fantastic make-up artist and we teamed up to do a post! The vibe is very prim and proper with that "Upper East Side school girl" feel to it.

For the make-up Natasha did a very natural look, very structured brows and a matte face. I loved this clean look, it's so hot on all of the runways for Fall 2014. To go with this make-up look I wore a J.Crew wool mini skirt with my favorite ivory ruffled blouse. I paired this with tights and riding boots. These Franco Sarto boots are so amazing and my best friend Rachel let me borrow them. She also lent me her gorgeous camel dress coat. To finish off the look, I used this vintage Bloomingdale's bag and my faux fur hat. I love this hat, it reminds me of something they would wear in the 70's or even in Russia! Take a look at these stunning pictures!

I adore this look. I felt very Blair Waldorf.

The scenery helped as well, some of the buildings on Commonwealth Avenue are so beautiful. They are elegant and have amazing architecture!

We even found a bucket of free flowers! It was a great way to brighten up that cloudy day!
