"I think I found myself a cheerleader..."
Someone get that stinking song out of my head!

If it is one thing that I have learned over my years, it's that women need to stop tearing each other down and instead, women need to EMPOWER each other. Why is there such a battle between being the most successful, the most beautiful, the most anything?
Along with all of the other unnecessary pressure that our society provides, we do not need to resort to this. Women, of all ages, and heck, men too, need to work together and build each other up. Yes, it's a competitive world out there, but the things worth having don't require tearing anyone down in the process. That includes yourself, too. Don't tear yourself down.
We all need cheerleaders. Some may think that this isn't true, but I believe that when you are surrounded with those that are positive and that believe in you like you believe in yourself, it makes for a terrific team.
