We must be kind to one another. We must try to understand that each person has their own battles they are fighting. We must discuss our opinions in peace, not in anger. If we can not strive to work together as one people, our divisiveness will continue. I pray that our country comes together again after spending too much time apart. I believe that there will soon be a day that we can coexist in peace and that these days of hatred, bitterness and judgement will be long behind us. I am making it my mission to do my part. I will help my neighbor in anyway that I can. I will listen better for understanding and I will only contribute my thoughts if they are honest and improve on the silence. Most of all, I will spread kindness and positivity to those around me. These things that seem small, are actually the big things we can do right now. Spread the love, it is contagious.
For this look, I was channeling a Parisian vibe with my stripe cropped sweater! The bow tie is so adorable and the boucle fabric is so comfortable. I paired this with faux leather shorts to balance the proportion of the sweater. I also wore my over the knee suede boots and carried a dark green quilted bag.
