Writer's Block

I never really understood before I started blogging what having a "writer's block" was all about. Then, I couldn't imagine running out of things to talk about. However to my surprise, this weekly task is draining my thought tank. Now, I sit here trying to figure out what to tell you all. I know I have more to say, but I am struggling to find the words.

When I lived in Florence, Italy, I would write every week. It was something about the surroundings that made it so incredibly easy to feel what you were feeling and put it onto paper. In order to assist in my (hopefully temporary) writer's block, I will leave you all with an excerpt from my journal I kept in Florence as inspiration for all of us.

Raw, real, joyous, unhappy, content, ripped apart and put back together… it’s all here. I am everything I am because I am able to pick up my courage and leap. Leaping into what I want and need, it’s freeing really. I don’t see much fun in living life otherwise.
