City Girl

The city makes me feel alive. Having spent 4 years living in Boston, I made sure to get around to (almost) every place I could while I was in school. Now, in between work, if I have free time, I go out for a nice walk or adventure. Whether by myself, with a friend or my sisters, it's always something I love to enjoy. I think this is part of the reason I was so eager to study abroad. I love the feeling of being in a place that makes you feel so special. I love being in a place that has little details that make for a terrific "ooh-ahh" moment (or several). Beacon Hill is definitely one of those spots! During the fall, this section of town becomes an enchanting village that you never want to leave.

When I am out discovering parts of Boston, I like to look put together and cute. Who wants to look like a tourist?? For this look, I started off with classic black jeans. Pairing them with a snakeskin print top with a chic cutout collar adds a little edge. With this, I layered my grey suede vest. I love this piece and I will be wearing it frequently this season! I wanted a pop of color to break up the neutral on neutral, so I chose my *brand new* maroon suede booties! Lastly, a stone grey suede cross body bag and I have everything I need to fall in love with new places!
